As the CEO for Visit Pleasant Hill, Trish is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s strategic direction, managing day-to-day operations, fostering community relationships and ensuring the promotion and development of Pleasant Hill as a desirable destination.

Throughout her 30 year career in the hospitality industry, she has held many leadership positions. Trish has been an award winning General Manager for several Bay Area Marriott Hotels as well as Sunrise Senior Living facilities. Additionally, she is a Certified Professional Life Coach, she has been involved with Rotary, Board member for the Chamber of Commerce, Senior Advisory Council, Diversity Council, and volunteer with various community programs. As the visionary leader of Visit Pleasant Hill, she symbolizes the strength and brilliance that women bring to the forefront of business.

In Trish’s words, “My primary focus has always been to foster a culture of empowerment, mentorship, advocacy to promote professional growth, equal opportunities, and a supportive work environment for women.”

Viola Ncube is a seasoned multinational executive, born in Southern Africa with British citizenship and currently residing in the United States, who boasts an impressive career spanning over three decades in high-profile corporate roles. Her expertise lies in the dynamic realms of sales and marketing, with a strong focus on both the hospitality industry and startup ventures.

Presently, as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Visit Pleasant Hill, the tourism district for the city of Pleasant Hill, Viola steers the ship, overseeing sales, marketing, public relations, and local partnerships. Over the past three years, her visionary leadership has elevated the brand to a position of prominence and respect among industry peers and visitors alike.

Viola's journey in the world of tourism commenced humbly as a hotel secretary. Her affinity for luxury hotels propelled her to pursue higher education in the field. She holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the City of London College and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field is evidenced by her qualifications from the Digital Marketing Institute and recent certification as a Marketing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) professional.

Brisette is a Bay Area native with a passion for the outdoors and traveling. After graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, she has gained valuable experience in the hospitality and sales industry for over 8 years. She has developed a knack for building strong relationships and promoting brands, which has been a key factor in her success. Her love for building and promoting community has led her to Pleasant Hill, where she has been actively involved in hotel sales and events.

She is now taking on a new opportunity as a Sales and Marketing Manager. She is eager to connect with like-minded individuals in the industry and wants to be a role-model for the younger generation pursuing careers in hospitality and tourism. This new role will allow her to combine her passion for sales and her enjoyment for marketing. As a driven and ambitious individual, she is ready to take on this new challenge to learn and grow in the hospitality tourism industry.
