Using Rental Car

Rent a car: from the rental car center, turn right onto McDonnell Rd, then left on San Bruno Ave. Take the first right to merge onto US-101 north toward San Francisco. Take exit 433B to merge onto I-80 north toward the Bay Bridge. After crossing the Bay Bridge, stay in the right lanes to stay on I-580 east toward Oakland. In Oakland, take exit 19B to merge onto State Route 24 toward Berkeley and Walnut Creek. Stay in the left lanes to merge onto I-680 north toward Sacramento. Take exit 49B to arrive in downtown Pleasant Hill.

Oakland International (OAK)

Using the Bart:

Take the BART: from OAK, take the green line (Coliseum). Transfer at Coliseum to the orange line (Richmond). Transfer at 19th St./Oakland to the yellow line (Antioch) and disembark at Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Centre. Downtown is a 1.5-mile taxi, uber, or lyft ride from the BART stop. Rent a car: from the rental car center, turn right onto Doolittle Drive. Turn left onto Hegenberger Rd, and merge onto Interstate 880 north toward Oakland. Take exit 42A to merge onto I-980/SR 24 toward Walnut Creek. Stay in the left lanes to merge onto I-680 north toward Sacramento. Take exit 49B to arrive in downtown Pleasant Hill.
