Hozier is one of the most successful folk artists of the 21st century. Born Andrew Hozier-Byrne, the Irish singer-songwriter first toured internationally as a member of the Irish vocal group Anúna before going solo in 2012. His watershed moment came a year later when his first single, “Take Me to Church” was released. In 2014, it rose to No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and ushered in Hozier’s self-titled debut, which itself reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
