Woof! Hey there, fellow doggos and hoomans! I'm here to tell you all about the paws-itively awesome place known as Pleasant Hill, California. If you've got a tail that wags and you love to explore with your best pals (that's you, hoomans!), then this is the place to be.
Pleasant Hill is like a dream come true for us furballs. It's not just pet-friendly; it's practically pet-tastic! Imagine this: 5 out of 7 hotels here roll out the red carpet for us. Yep, they offer pet-sitting services, treats (nom nom), comfy beds, and more. It's like staying in doggy paradise!
I received VIP treatment at Burbank Airport! JSX Airlines whisked us to a private lounge, and an hour later arrived at Oakland Airport.
Go Rentals came through, delivering our cars to Oakland. Cruising in a swanky Mercedes SUV made me feel like a superstar.
Hyatt House – check-in was a pampering fiesta! Erica, the Sales Manager, and the crew made me feel A-list. Oh, and the suite, fit for a king, I tell you – sprawling bedroom, kitchen, and lounge.
Hold your bark – there's more! A VIP doggy basket was the cherry on top!!! And privacy? Abundant spots for ”personal business" affairs.
So there you have it – day one, packed with surprises and twists.
That's the zest of travel!

"Bark-tastic Day 2 in Pleasant Hill! 🐾 First, I unleashed my inner explorer at Pleasant Hill Fire Station 2—sniffed out some pawsome adventures!
Then it was off to Noni’s Grooming for a spa day fit for a dapper Dalmatian like me.
After pampering, my tummy started rumbling like thunder, so I trotted over to Jacks Restaurant for a mouthwatering feast.
But what's a day without a little quenching? Morgan Territory had my tail waggin' with their top-notch pup-beer tasting.
But the highlight of the night? You bet your biscuits, it was the annual Blues and Brews Jazz Festival! I danced the night away to some cool tunes and enjoyed a brew or two. 🎶🍻
Day 3 of My Epic Weekend: Time to Take It Slow! 🐾 After a wild night of dancing and brews, I knew I needed some R&R.
First stop, Starbucks for a pupcup, then a hearty breakfast at Sonesta Select Hotel.
A leisurely stroll introduced me to the charming locals, and lunch at Crescent Bistro's patio hit the spot. My sweet tooth demanded satisfaction, so I enjoyed a paw-some dessert at Batter 'n Icing.
My Hoo-man knows how to treat me right! Checked into Residence Inn by Marriott. (By the way, I discovered that 5 out of their 7 hotels are dog-friendly, offering spacious rooms, kitchenettes, dog parks, and oodles of love from the staff.)
A quick nap recharged my batteries, and I embarked on a thrilling adventure at Briones Park and Canal Trail.
As I curl up in my cozy bed, it's hard to say goodbye. Pleasant Hill, you've won my heart! 🏡💖 See you soon! 🐾
